daily bread

OH has been making bread. It's not a sudden compulsion, more of a dawning realisation that if we are going to eat the sort of bread we want to eat, i.e wholesome, appetising and actually tasting of bread, we will have to make it ourselves. So he's gone and done it himself, twice now. This is loaf number 2, and rather good it looks too.
