The Bathroom Saga

This morning at 7am our downstairs neighbour rang the bell to say that there was water coming in.

So a phonecall to my Dad and after a few hours our bathroom now looks like this! Nightmare!!! However, we did find the leak, although think it is going to be a phonecall to the insurance tomorrow. Think Dad and I are going to have fun over the next few weeks putting this all back together.
