Racing Barracuda

Today has been so much fun! We had a morning trip with all us volunteers on the boat and we saw a humpback whale on the way out :-) However we didn't see any sharks this morning which was really disappointing :-(

There was only space for one volunteer this afternoon and for some reason I was nominated (some of the others had been feeling quite queasy this morning so maybe that was why!). We had a full boat which consisted of half a football team from Cork, Ireland. The other half were going out with another boat called Barracuda.

The two boats anchored up next to each other and we saw 2 sharks, both of which came to both boats. It was pretty chaotic with all the Irish lads and lasses but they were brilliant fun :-)

I am now waiting for my dinner. Two of my friends, Alicia and Hollie, are cooking us cannelloni tonight and it smells divine!
