Flipped Out Man

It's been quite a busy christmas period and the New Year period was just as bad. First week back at work was pretty tough and took a few days to get back into it but we finally got there.

Saturday, this weekend was quite lazy however Sunday has been quite busy. Up early for some Yoga and then out in the afternoon for a 2 and a half mile walk. I know I am going to hurt tomorrow and am thinking of Zumba tomorrow night but will more than likely have another lazy evening.

I've been watching season 5 of Grey's anatomy again and spending most of that time in utter tears. Even though I have seen it before it still totally makes me overly emotional!

I think that is me pretty much caught up.
