Hoopla! Get that up ya 'baby weight' I will rise again and be the proud owner of a wardrobe that fits!

Against all inclement odds, I managed to drag my post natal/delighted to be drinking wine minus restrictions/guilt again and painfully unfit body, out of the house and down to the beach for a run!

Nobody is more surprised than I, or delighted! Just wish I didn't feel so nauseas or indeed quite so able to taste the peppered smoke mackerel I had for lunch.
