Sunset over the mountains looking across the flow

Very cold day with more snow showers but it is all becoming slushy underfoot. Went for a walk along the beach and again lots of varied shots but settled for this sunset as I liked the subdued purple colours that shone through the layer of cloud. Makes it a little different from the classic orange sunset.

Good to get back into the warmth. Only cloud on the horizon is returning to teaching tomorrow.....
