Homemade Applesauce

Homemade applesauce smells delicious and tastes just as good. Thanks to Auntie, I had raisins to add and make it taste even better. :) I thought it looked great, but when I offered a bite to a student, she gave it a strange look and turned it down. Another student was willing to taste it after a little encouragement. She liked it but still gave it a weird look and didn't want any more. I guess the idea of cooked apples doesn't appeal to the Thai palate.
