The Gathering

Today we went out to gather the sheep down off of the top hill to feed them cause as I have all ready said there is a skiff of snow on the ground and the grounds frozen, so its difficult for them to get grass.

We climbed out the back way over the back of the hill so we could creep up behind them and push them down the hill. The picture is us walking up the forestry tracks on the back way up the hill.

I had to go up the high ridge of the hill cause dads getting old and lazy so he makes me do that bit now-adays. This is also to his advantage as he can take it slow along the easy bit of the hill and have plenty of opportunity to shout orders at me and Chirsty and tell us what we are doing wrong. I <3 my daddy... Haha :)

It was quite cold today, but warmer up the top of the hill than it was down in Moyle which is a glen where I live that, in the winter, no sun gets there apart from when it rises till about half 9 - 10ish.
