The Mourning Dove

I know it's probably a bit common, but I do have several mourning doves that frequent the feeders. In the middle of winter it's surprising how many of these doves will stop by. (more than 20 sometimes at one time) They are a pretty bird in their own right, and a very fast bird in flight. Their nest building is quite atrocious, I'm kind of surprised any little ones survive, (it's usually a few twigs and whoola a nest).
