Wood Choppers

Stumbled upon a Taekwondo demonstration in the local shopping centre today. They were kicking and punching pieces of ply wood! Impressive :)

Takes me back to about 15 years ago when I used to practice it myself back in Scotland, needless to say I never killed any pieces of wood and got no further than blue belt, but it was good training!
