Puzzled

About 4 times a year, we get the Perio* by mail from my faculty-student-association. In there, there is always a puzzle. Most of them are best to be solved by some programming, or mathematical-reasoning, but this time it is a logiquiz. In today's blip, my girlfriend is quite busy solving it.
