Rainy Night in the French Quarter

The reception ended at Midnight, and we all headed out of Jax Brewery to find that it was raining. So, we all crowded in the entrance. Some people hailed cabs, while others just ran for it. I took this while I waited for Peter to go get the car and pick me up. There was no way I was going to be able to run for it in 4 inch heels. While I was waiting, a cop car pulled up in front of us and came over the loud speaker saying, "Congratulations and Happy New Years!" It was pretty awesome. It was a great night.
