Squattie Christmas

These things are great. The starter at Christmas was an assiete of seafood (assiete appears to be the latest fashionable foodie word: whereas "sauce" has long since been replaced by "jus" or "coulis", now "mixture" looks to have had its day as well). Followed by turkey and the bits. Hope you all had a good one.
