Roe deer on the road

I was on my way home when this little fellow crossed my way. Luckily I had my camera with me and I managed to take this picture.
Usually we have three roe deer in our surrounding and they are sometimes in our garden, but today I only saw two roe deer.
It can not be easy for these animals this time of the year, it is cold and we have a lot of snow and that is why it is so hard for them to find food.

This is the road to our house, at the opposite of the car on the right side is our house.
