Does what it says on the tin

This was today's purchase using my christmas money. Can't help thinking I'm a little bit old for such things but everyone seems to be raving about it and I have bought it purely for exercise purposes. Well it works. 8 tracks in and I was quite exhausted. Just what I need to shed the extra pounds gained over christmas.

Can't wait to try it out after a few sherbets.
