Dicky transmitter

The anenometer on my home weather station stopped transmitting yesterday.
Bl**dy annoying as I only put it on its pole above the roof a couple of weeks ago.
Tried the usual rebooting process to no avail so it was out with the ladders and up the side of the house to retrieve it.
Not over enamoured with this piece of kit as it is the second failure since I got it in June - previously the barometric pressure transducer packed up. Let's hope it ain't a dog.
Apart from ladder climbing and soup making it was a quiet day, all the visitors have gone.
