Eggs!

The chickens are back in production!

We have had the moult....feathers all over the damned garden and the ladies looking as if they have had a narrow escape from some sort of Wallace and Gromit contraption and now we have eggs


The days are getting longer, spring is around the corner.....pays no heed to the 3 inches of snow that have fallen since suppertime!

Oh and the lovely big brown speckly one is our first maran egg...the Laydeez are doing good...and about time too!
