Cherished stone

Fishing around the flat for something to snap, I remembered this lovely semi-precious gemstone given to me by my lovely Ildi and thought this would be an ideal subject.

I didn't immediately notice the dust attracted to the stone until afterwards which added unusual texture to the image.
