A Birthday Candle

First of all, many thanks to everyone for their birthday wishes. Amazing to get so many and from so many continents! Disappointed to Antarctica, but I think I had all the other covered!

Spent a very pleasant evening last night meeting a gang of Edinburgh photography types under the guise of #edtwatogs. Great to meet everybody, hope we can do it soon.

Despite it being a photography meet-up, I left the DSLR at home, so snapped this with the little point and shoot, which I'm now getting to do some reasonably sensible things in low light.
