Bee

As you might have seen on a number of Kiwi blips, the Pohutakawa is New Zealand's "Christmas Tree". It's something we associate with this time of year, like jandles and barbeques. And bees obviously love them.

Have to say, an amazing Christmas so far weather wise. Out on the boat today and it was flat calm and hot. Not much fishing but some diving and 8 crayfish (lobster) caught so a good day. Tomorrow another 9 people arrive, so for the next few nights we'll be fishing and catering for 19, hope the tides are good and the American flag flies high for the visitors!
