Fridays can start with a slight headache. A mini reminder that last night was Dinner Group, I drank one G&T too many and arrived home the wrong side of midnight. 2 Nurofen Express and a Friday walk by the river with Libbie generally sorts me out.

Sleet, snow and rain cancelled fresh air activites, so I had no choice but to turn my attention to 'what's for dinner?'
