Passion Fruit

Passion fruit grows in many areas of Thailand. A student brought a bag full back to the dorms. We made passion fruit smoothies and just enjoyed eating them. You just eat the seeds/pulp in the middle, but it is really sour, really really sour. I've also eaten it here mixed with salt, spicy dried red pepper, and sugar. It sure makes a crazy party in your mouth!
