Inveraray Castle

Today was a beautiful winter's day. had to go to the bank so John and Oscar , our border Collie headed off to Inveraray with the intention of going on to Glen Orchy after going to the bank. Poor Oscar was sick when we got to Inveraray , so instead of the journey to the glen we went for a walk in the woods below the castle.

There was some lovely side lighting on the castle which was reflected on the river below , so just had to get a shot. Would have preferred a completely smooth mirror image but now quite like the ripples on thereflection , hope you do too.
