Beyond what anyone would call tired. Kept myself to myself today as after 3nights of bad sleeps I knew that I was bound to do or say something i would regret.

When I got home I did manage to make a pretty good dinner, again from my Gino book, an Italian shepherds pie. Was tasty. Has a sweet potato topping and basil in the sauce.

Going to have a chill in the bath and then go to bed......I need sleep!
