Empire Lake Morning

It was so hard to go back to work after being off for 2 weeks, so I was kind of slow getting around this morning. As I looked out the window of my office, I saw that the sun was shining on the lake and the trees had sun at the top and shadows at the bottom. I thought it was kind of cool, so I ran out to take some shots.

There is this stump right by the dock, and I took it out of one of the shots, but I decided to leave it in so that it looked more natural.

Not much going on today--gotta get used to working again.
