Mustard

It almost looks like spring! Mustard grass in a fruit tree orchard, with a little treatment. Shot late in the day, just before sunset.

The story about mustard grass in California is widely known. Apparently the Catholic Monks who traveled with the Spanish explorers used mustard seed to keep track of their journey between Missions. Now, it's everywhere. Very attractive in the late light.
