Margao - Mumbai

Back uploading all my blips now is going to take way too much time, so just a little sneakpeak for now.

Today we went from Margao (in Goa) to Mumbai by train. The train left at 10.00 (and it did, promptly!) and we arrived in Mumbai CST at 22.00. I am really impressed by trains in India. The trains for long journeys all have sleeper carriages which means you can sleep while traveling long distances. And they also keep you happy by providing countless moments at which you can buy all kinds of food and drink during the ride. I even had a very tasty chicken briyani (freshly cooked on the train) during the trip.

I took this photo from the top bunk from the 3 tier (so 3 beds on each side) carriage we were sitting in. I slept very well and had a relaxing time reading. Much better than a grueling 19 hour bus trip we had (that blip is still to some, sit tight!).

Now off to discover Mumbai, who knows we might even run into Trigger-Happy Fi as we are in her blipterritory now.
