Bug Mirror

Rain is wonderful. Not only does it make my garden smile and my grass green, it also makes my flax heads look pretty and it gives the bugs their own mirror.

I was taking photos of the rain drops on the plants in the garden and had the lens focussed on this flax pod when along came a vain bug. She's blurry because I was using manual focus and by the time I clicked and refocussed she had run off. I'm not sure whether it was me or her reflection that scared her.
