National Bird Day

When I wrote up my diary last night I noticed that it is National Bird Day today! I realised that I couldn't compete with my fellow blippers who specialise in birds, so I thought I would play around on the computer for a change and end up with a bird emblem. So I took this shot of a seagull in the pouring rain at Allonby, then messed around and got a result!
Also, it's Twelfth Night today ( 5th Jan ), and when I was in the Coop I noticed lots of Easter eggs on display. I bought two packets of mini eggs which I could have turned into a blip if my 'bird' hadn't come out. Now I'll just have to eat them!
