bacon pasta: last day home

IT IS BACON PASTA!

this little devil is something i concocted last semester with friends. we had cooked up some bacon for potato salad and had a bunch of bacon fat and pasta. voilá! one of the best things you will ever eat (as a carnivore) was born! nom nom nom.

as great as today was, it was bittersweet. my last day at home. the semester starts tomorrow with my first class at 11 am and i'm not sure i'm ready to go back. i'm ready to be back but not go to class (ha). i'm not even sure if i'm ready to be back now. sigh. oh well. its better to be optimistic, right? i'm going to make the most out of this semester!
