Andy and Jay

These are the hands of my gorgeous friend Andy, and his new wonderful Fiance Jay. Andy asked Jay on 1.1.11 What a great date. I couldn't blip this sooner as they hadn't managed to get in touch with all their friends and family before-hand.

Andy did the honourable thing and asked Jay's parents before he asked him, of course they were over joyed. I am very proud to have been asked by them to be a bridesmaid grooms-maid and our best friend Doogie will be a best man. YAY - roll on 2012.

Andy didn't notice the date until I pointed it out to him so now he loves it more that they are entering a new chapter in their lives together on all the 1's lol.

Today we went shopping for their engagement rings, you wouldn't think it would be so hard to find to silver bands? So upon returning home they wanted to post a photo on facebook as they announced it to their wider friends, so here is the outcome of 30 mins of taking pictures of hands. Andy wanted to photoshop another one, but seeing as I'm PS incompetent it was a no go lol.
