Evidence in pursuance of an insurance claim

We've had the worst possible start to our trip to Oz. You will have seen from previous blips that guttering came down after 12" of snow fell on our house in Cardiff. It was quite an achievement getting a claim to the insurers but the assessor's report recommended rejection of our claim initially on the basis of there only being one screw holding the guttering up.

Once we got it down this could be shown not to be the case. I can see a bit of a battle ensuing.
