At the end of the day!

We got quite a big snow dump yesterday afternoon and evening, which we had to drive thro cos we headed up to Sydney in the afternoon, when it was just snowing a bit! The drive home was a bit hair raising....heavy, wet snow covered the roads and the plow hadn't been out yet.....we almost lost it on our way up Kelly's Mountain, where the snow was much thicker, but thanks to Terry's calm way of handling the car as it skidded around - he managed to get us back on course! My reaction was a lot less calm....'oh shit...oh shit....ohhhhh shit!!' is all i remember saying, as i sort of clung to the armrest.....as if that's going to make a difference if we plowed into someone or a ditch....!

So, today we woke up to some sunshine and this lovely scene.
