These are my work & house keys; they normally all sit on my Guinness Lanyard so I can easily find them in my handbag. But, I had to separate them to photograph them as they wouldn't sit right.
The key rings are all quite old. The most recent is the 'Handbag of Glory', sadly the little pink handbag charm handbag didn't make it, but the caption did, "Such was the POWER of the Handbag of Glory that Ladies WEPT when they saw it and those who TOUCHED it went straight to HEAVEN". It's a work of Edward Monkton, the Copyright stated 2006, but I've no idea exactly how long I've had it.
Sydney Opera House was an addition in January 2003, the corners are all a bit rounded after 8 years of wear. I was going to ask for a replacement as 2 friends of mine have recently visited Sydney, but a shiny new one just wouldn't seem right.
The oldest key ring is "Little Miss Bossy". No idea why I have that one...... Her paint is chipped & she hardly has any blue left on her at all, but I couldn't part with her. I would guess that she's about 10 years old.
