What VAT increase?

I was going to set up this picture with hundreds of people milling around and shopping and say something witty about our VAT/sales tax increase which went up to 20% as of midnight last night. Ouch....

However 2 seconds after I pulled out my camera somebody in (a shopping centre) uniform came running up, totally beside himself shouting as he ran: "HELLO......HELLOOOOOOO, EXCUSE ME!!!!??" I ignored him of course because I knew what was coming. "You can't take pictures here!" I decided not to argue with him. He told me to delete my pictures. Apart from the fact that I am pretty certain he could not have forced me to do that, fortunately he did not know too much about cameras so.... here's one of them.

The heating engineer has been here all day and it is still not going as it should.
