Street Art

I saw these street artists as I was returning from the market. I had to assume the two young men were allowed to paint the wall as they working during the middle of the day with any number of witnesses walking by, but then this is Mexico where most rules appear to be suggestions rather than actual commandments. The art, authorized or not, certainly brightens up what was once a boring wall.
