Meet Mimi

Working another 14 hour shift today, and was beginning to worry what blip i could find today, when an ideal opportunity presented itself. Mimi belongs to one of my work colleagues and stopped off to see us before visiting the stroke ward within the hospital as part of the "pets as therapy" scheme to cheer up some of the long stay patients. Apparently one elderley lady had not been known to smile until she was introduced to Mimi and now enjoys regular visits.

The image is slightly blurred, not due to camera shake, but more that Mimi was quivering with excitement. I don't care, she deserves all the recognition she can get!
