Another Year's Over

It's come round so quick once again...

This year started with us all at the reservoir in the freezing cold standing atop the concrete thing.. and ended here at Alice's house with most of the same people (plus some).

It's probably been the most busy year yet, more full of new life-changing experiences than another other year of my life.

Soon after the cold night, having survived more crazy snow, i flew to Kenya for 4 months, where i met many wonderful people, saw many amazing things and did much crazy stuff which i never imagined myself doing. (More for my future reference than anything, you can read about it all here).

Came back in May, worked some more, had my second summer of the year, discovered blip and found my boy again, rode about on the back of his bike a bit... and then was thrown one day slap bang into University life most unexpectedly. (And incidentally took probably my favorite photo since blip on the same day... i think i explain the next day what happened).

And so i started my career as a physiotherapy student, started life in Cardiff, met many new wonderful people and enjoyed it all greatly.

It's strange to think how much has happened, i feel like i feel just the same and yet can see that actually i have changed quite a bit in someways. And it's crazy how many people i know now that i didn't a year ago, and how much i know now that i didn't a year ago, and places i've been and things i've seen...

Yes, it's been an amazing year, i'd probably have it all over again if i could but at the same time i am excited to go on and learn more and do more and see where next year takes me... And look back this time next year and see what it's actually been like...
