Xmas Eve in Black Bo's

When a Jarvis is on operations in a foreign city and he finds himself on foot a few hundred yards from a proper Jarvis bar, he should always drop in for a quick drink even if he's thinking about heading for home. You never know when a right and proper Jarvis bar will close its doors forever, because by their very nature such bars will never make their owners rich. Only yesterday (at the time of writing, which is January 3) news came through on the Jarvis Telegraph that Black Bo's will be closing early in early 2011. Most likely this Jarvis will not get the chance to go there again. The world - and especially Edinburgh - will be a much less Jarvis place for its absence.
