It's been that sort of day!

Today began cold, plus 1 deg. and remained so all day. Bracken lay in one of her favourite cold weather spots, her clippy mat in front of the heater at the bottom of the cooker. How she can bear the heat on her feet I don't know. Possibly the aftermath of the last 2 weeks but feeling jaded so didn't get out today. Enjoyed making progress with my tapestry though and dipping into a Christmas present book about India, (our next trip). My lovely neighbour dropped in so we had a cuppa and caught up on all the news.
