Travel Plugs (???)

During my shopping last week in Québec City, I bought an electrical outlet converter. I figure I'm gonna need this in Europe at Easter. Today I looked at them more closely.

First, the guys making the thingy are calling them "plugs". "Universal" and "travel" are good hints though.

Where it gets complicated (and funny) is that for French speaking travelers, there are travel "earplugs". Luckily, they are also "universal", so they fit everyone.
