Leaves

Dull, and grey today; earlier there were some little birds around, but they had all gone back to bed by the time I got out with my camera. I wandered around the farm, but little to be seen, so in the end I settled for these leaves, really as a blipfilla more than for their aesthetic qualities. There are many types of oak tree in the USA; these are black oak leaves...or turkey oak leaves...or maybe something else.

Possibly a pin oak.
