Macclesfield Canal

This is one of the old mills on the Macclesfield Canal which is now being converted to apartments. I didn't have a tripod so the image is not perfect but the rest of the day was.
We had a lovely day walking along the canal and through Macclesfield Forest with a stop for a pub lunch!

I've always wanted to walk the Cheshire canal ring which is about 90 miles. Hopefully this year sometime in June or July! :-)
