Roast Chicken... with Salad?!

Tonight, I am staying at my friend Kyras house as we are going to Large Breed Dog Rescue to walk the puppies there on our day off tomorrow.

My friend doesn't like vegetables and as such she serves roast dinners with roast potatoes and salad. It was actually very enjoyable, but all I can say is that Americans are strange!
