brine time!

home for american thanksgiving! every year my family brines our turkey in apple cider and various other things to make a concoction for a delicious turkey!

its my responsibility to make the brine so as soon as i got home i started cooking. we brought my friend benny along with us since he needed a ride back :) he helped me start a pumpkin cheesecake and a pumpkin pie for tomorrow's feast!
