I spent too much of today indoors, but it was for a good cause: helping Mr B's brother prepare a CV. He's been made redundant after a hundred years at the same place, so best of luck to him

Was woken at 6am by deafening thunder - so loud and long that I wondered what it was. Mr B returned home from nightshift a few hours later and thought I was insane. It must have only occurred directly over my house ;-)
