New Year Fireworks

This is what happens when have champagne, some beer and lots of food and sit behind trees with point a shoot trying to get a picture of fireworks. It wasn't until the very last shot that I realised that the camera's own 'fireworks' mode was total pants, but hey, it captured a moment to start my second year of blips.

Had a very good night at the John Hope Gateway in the Botanic Gardens, lovely food, drink surroundings and was able to dance to the Grease megamix in a Tuxedo. Life in the old dog yet!
