Accident prone?
Ironically new year has been filled with accidents unlike new years eve. The day started off with a family friend trying to chop off the end of her finger while making soup. After a lot of plasters, tissues, butterfly stitches and a finger bandage accident number one was sorted.
Now with lunch past we all went out for a walk together down by a river. There were huge slabs of ice all along the sides and my brother, pictured above, tried to tip one into the river with some help. This wasn't his most intelligent idea ever when the ice slipped and crushed his wrist. He turned as white as a sheep, arm swelled up and nearly fainted. Off to hospital for him. Thankfully it was only crushed but we all thought it looked a like a clean break.
Now to see what the evening holds, hopefully no-one else will need a little trip to A&E
