Far prettier

Ok, first things first, I apologise for the lame Blip yesterday. I know it was New Year. I know it was my 100th. I know I fully intended to wow you all with all the things I have learnt so far on Blip. I know I failed miserably and I ran out of time and ideas so a 'soft focus' picture of me slightly inebriated was all I managed. I am sorry and please accept this picture of Farrah doing something strange with her mouth by way of an apology.

Grovelling over.

Our night was quiet, Jenny came over and we had Mexican (Thanks M and S), champagne and cocktails. At midnight we watched the fireworks and a the beautiful spectacle of chinese lanterns floating up above Lancaster. There were so many it was really bewitching. Then we watched the spectacle of our neighbours who came conga-ing down the street, sraight on in, danced around the lounge for a while, did a batman impression and went again. A surreal, but FUNNY episode. Thanks Tracy (aka Batman) et al for your interlude!!

Now I look forward to 2011 and hope for good health, love and happiness. A little wealth would be welcome too....
