Receipts

First day of the year and I am having a quiet afternoon home.

I thought of starting making the first entries in an xl file of our 2010 expenses receipts. Have you any idea of what we are doing? We are obliged to collect receipts from our every day purchases -e.g. supermarket, gas, books etc- on our way to declare the total amount in out tax income papers. If we can reach the proper amount, we will have a tax benefit; if not, a tax penalty.

The state is unable to catch the black money. I mean to catch the people who do not declare their real income and therefore they do not pay their taxes. So the obligation is transferred to the citizens who -if they want to have the tax benefit- must ask for and collect the receipts.
